Main uses:

Bonding and sealing of products such as automotive lights;

Structural bonding and sealing of various glass, aluminum, and engineering plastics;

Various applications requiring bonding or sealing in other industries.

Designed for applications requiring high strength and flexibility in bonding, such as when the thermal expansion coefficients of the bonded materials are inconsistent, like bonding glass to metal or glass to plastic.

How to use

The optimal application conditions for sealant are a temperature of 4℃ to 40℃ and a relative humidity of 40% to 80%.

Before use , clean the surface of the object to be bonded or coated. Use a suitable solvent, such as anhydrous alcohol, isopropanol, or acetone, to remove rust, dust, oil, and water.

Cut the nozzle with a utility knife and squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned surface, ensuring even distribution. Once the surface is dry, join the surfaces to be bonded together and secure them. Place the coated parts in the air and allow them to cure at room temperature for 24 hours before use.

After use, any unused adhesive should be immediately sealed by tightening the cap. When reusing, if a small amount of skin forms at the seal, simply remove it; this will not affect normal use.
